Carlos Espina joined CRH as senior vice president and global head of innovation in 2021. Before joining CRH, Carlos held several positions at LafargeHolcim, including the Country CEO for Argentina or group head of research and development. Prior to that, he had a long career with ArcelorMittal, serving among other roles, as head of automotive R&D and CEO for ArcelorMittal Mediterranée in France.
